Terms and Conditions Flower Delivery

1. General

  •  By  placing an order with Floral Fusion Essence, you agree to the following terms and conditions.  These terms apply to all flower arrangements, products, and delivery services offered.


2. Orders

  • All orders must be paid in full before delivery.
  • Custom arrangements must be finalized at least 5 days in advance.
  • Orders are subject to flower availability. If a specific bloom is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute with an equivalent flower of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style and color scheme.


3. Delivery

  • We offer delivery within  Atlanta/Area.  Delivery outside this area may incur additional charges or not available.
  • it is the customer responsibility to provide accurate delivery details.  We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or incomplete information.
  • If the receipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, flowers may be left in a safe location or with a neighbor at our discreation.


4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made within 3 hours after ordering for full refund.
  • Refunds or replacements are offered only if the product arrives damaged with picture sent within 1 hour of signed delivery.
  • No refunds are issued for orders already delivered not contacted within 1 hour of delivery.
